What are the fees associated with an Oregon College Savings Plan account?
There are a few. Most are relatively low investment fees and you can also minimize any extra fees if you choose to manage your account(s) online and receive statements and withdrawals electronically. (Save trees and save some money!)
For each account, there are fees to keep the account up and running:
Annual fee: 0.25% of assets
Variable investment fees for the base portfolios: between 0% and 0.466% of assets per year
The fees for each investment option are different. Please see the Plan Disclosure Booklet for a complete description of all of the investment option fees.
There are additional service-based and other fees, as follows:
Rollovers / Transfers out of plan: $25
ACH fail / Returned checks: $20
Paper quarterly statement delivery, per account owner, per year: $10
Please note: This fee is being waived for 2019.
Overnight check or statements delivery: $15
To reissue checks: $15
Outgoing wires: $15
