WHAT: The Oregon College Savings Plan is awarding fifteen $1,000 Oregon College Savings Plan accounts to Little Brothers and Sisters who tell us what they plan to do with their college education.

WHY: Every child deserves a chance to attend college. The Oregon College Savings Plan wants to help Big Brothers Big Sisters families realize their full potential and start thinking about college.

WHO: Children, grades 1-12, currently matched in the Big Brothers Big Sisters Columbia Northwest program and who are residents of Oregon.

HOW: In a creative format of choice, Little Brothers and Little Sisters should convey what they hope to achieve after college. Songs, poems, narratives, electronic submissions and other varied formats are acceptable. In-person presentations and performances will not be accepted as entries. Both creativity and conciseness are valued.

There are three ways to enter:

1. Mail or drop off your entry* to:

3. Complete this form and upload your entry. Any video should be submitted directly to Big Brothers Big Sisters.

*Be sure to also submit an official entry form with your entry

Entries must be submitted between January 3, 2012 and April 6, 2012. Mailed entries must be postmarked by April 6 and received by April 11, 2012.

Prizes
Fifteen $1,000 prizes in the form of an Oregon College Savings Plan account. Accounts will be owned by the parent or legal guardian of the winner, and the winning child shall be named beneficiary of the account. Winners will be selected by a panel of judges.

Winners may have their name, grade, and winning work displayed on OregonCollegeSavings.com and bbbsnorthwest.org.

Contest Consent and Release: I am or represent the parent or legal guardian of the child listed above (herein referred to as "Child") and warrant that I have the legal authority to give permission on behalf of the Child to participate in this contest. I grant to TIAA-CREF Tuition Financing Inc. (TFI) the right to use the Child's name and likeness when announcing the winners except where prohibited by law. All entries become the sole property of TFI and may be used by TFI in conjunction with the Oregon College Savings Plan.
